You said exactly what I was going to say, but I’ll say it anyway: the teacher should file assault charges for attacking him with pepper spray for basically no reason. And she should either go to juvenile or she should pay reparations to him. There should be major consequences for this action or she’ll think this behavior is acceptable.
Good teachers are leaving because of this sort of thing and we end up with teachers that end up on Libs of TikTok.
All students in any school or collegiate system should be required to place their personal cell telephones in a location in each classroom to prevent the useage of their personal cell phones while class is being conducted. That to me is very dis-respectful to the shool teacher and students in the classroom environment. That young lady and the one young man who hit their teacher for trying to stop them from using their cell telephones in the classroom should face being suspended or removed entirely from the school system and possibly severely fined by Law enforcement.
Criminal assult put her in jail for 2 to 5 years.
