I think this is another example of LYING JOE at it again. I know he lived in Claymont, De. and as a former resident I can tell you there were very few Puerto Ricans if any living there at the time. It was probably the most lily-white place I ever lived. Thank God things are different now. So once again it’s story time with Joe. Remember this the same man who was and still a segregationist.
