The average US politician is not classically educated to the degree they were in the past 2 centuries…yet that is simply stating the obvious.
This was a terrific story by Rand Paul and woudn’t it be nice if our politicalleaders could only recognize their obligations, which are to the Consittution and to the American people.
Mr. Paul is one of the few genuine Senators in the Congress. There isn’t a Democrat alive who wouldn’t spend a nickel of someone else’s money. Our elected people, at least at the federal level, have strayed much too far from our Constitution for political purposes. The Constitution is more relevant today than it was when initially ratified. We need to follow it.
