I am disgusted with this entire debacle; this judge should be reviewed in great detail and if he hasn’t sufficient reason why he should not have recused himself from this he should be reprimanded and even considered removal by any and all due process. As a Vietnam War Veteran Bronze Star recipient it is like a knife being plunged in my heart. BTW I am an independent where I was a JFK Democrat and a Ronald Reagan Republican . I did NOT vote for Trump in 2016 but did in 2020 because he convinced me did love this country and was doing his damndest to lead us that way

  2. Maybe someone needs to explain to the judge and the senior agents how our legal system of rights and responsibilities should work here in America. If anyone reads our most important documents

    1)Here is what our founding documents have to say about the purpose of our government:
    The U.S. Constitution says:
    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    Response: Our elected officials and those appointed by them should make this clause the center of every law, process, and effort. Our government officials must do what is their sworn duty “to uphold and defend the Constitution of The United States of America”. As far as I know, every official and armed service member takes this oath. I did.

    2) Who is this government responsible to?
    Excerpt from the Declaration of Independence:
    ” …and to assume, among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
    We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. …

    Response: Do our governmental officials reject this tenets about “a decent respect to the opinions of mankind” and “our laws of nature and of nature’s God” as well as a common message of disdain by many, who align with and demand progressive Democratic policies, for beliefs and actions by those of us who believe and respect important truths that come from “..nature’s God”. If oaths of service to God (by way of duty to protect and defend the Constitution..”) and America by our elected leaders have no meaning, what oath can have meaning?

    3) What other rights do we have that seem to be threatened today?
    (Bill of rights) Amendments to the Constitution
    Amendment I
    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

    Amendment II
    A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

    Amendment IV
    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    Amendment V
    No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

    Amendment IX

    Response: These amendments are all self explanatory. They are solid. Compare these rights to all of the information in our founding documents. The rights can be impeded if you commit crimes worthy of the loss of your liberty as stated in Constitutionally passed legislation. Never do anything that is not within your rights to do. Be a law abiding citizen. Understand who the people are you might vote for: What have they done and said? What kind of people do they have around? Who is financing their campaign? Are their friends and family members provably good and honest? After all of that, we can all still be had by crooked politicians. Daylight on their crime/injustice reported in public is the only chance of ending a crooked career. A sad reality is that gullible voters may be able to put and keep them in office. Defending our rights given “by nature and nature’s God” is never a one-time effort.

We will have law and order, closed borders, federal death penalty for certain crimes including “proven” election cheating”, kill this green energy obsession, energy independence, number 1 in oil, gas, coal exportation!!! God back in our schools and federal institutions, buildings!! Strongest Military response in the world, teach American History and respect or country and FLAG. Bust China’s ass for the China virus. Put Biden, Clinton, McConnell, Obama, Soros, Bush, and any others Democrat, Republican, Independent and what family members are guilty of treason and attack on our government, took money from Soros and did not hold up the law of the land and “give appropriate sentence’s including “firing squad” and clean up this mess in America! A lot wrong in America but enough RIGHT to turn this nation to what is was found upon “GOD”””””””!!!!!!!!
