Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy recently found himself in a heated confrontation with a CNN anchor, aiming to question him about former President Donald Trump’s controversial “vermin” comments made earlier that week. The intense exchange reflected the ongoing tensions within the Republican Party over its image and strategy moving forward, as well as highlighting the struggle for control of the party’s narrative between its various factions.

The only thing lower than CNN’s ratings is its level of journalistic integrity and credibility.
Calling a CNN employee a journalist is like calling CNN “the most trusted name in news.”
The name calling does not fix anything. Reporting on it is even worse, especially when done like this. I’m not enthusiastic about “fast talkers” in politics or on used car lots either. It does seem to matter that the messaging is being discussed. Even though everybody is arguing past each other. Is anybody listening?
Ramaswamy tells it like it is. Most reporters nowadays do not follow any principles of reporting. Most want us to swallow their opinions as if they were facts. Focusing on a single word out of context is childish. Ramaswamy does a wonderful job of educating the opinion pushers. And the single word was not even used by Ramaswamy. It was used by the front running candidate for president. Grow up mainstream media representatives. Apply some knowledge and substance to your positions.
