Burgum would bring nothing to the ticket. Trump would be making the same mistake he made in 2016 with Pence. I still think that Pres. Trump’s best bet is going with Tulsi Gabbard because she is a combat veteran, knows the dirty tactics the democrats are willing to employ to retain power and would appeal to women voters. She would also shut down the left’s narrative of Trump being racist due to her WOC status. Plus being from Hawaii, she is across the country from the east coast based Trump and would add a fresh perspective to the campaign.
