Seriously there’s nothing wrong with hiring black pilots if they are qualified but hiring someone because of color is more dangerous when not actually qualified.
BS United! You have been pulling this same S–T for the last ten years that I am even aware of when I worked for you. I have seen an over abundance of minorities hired including less than qualified that have been put on performance plans and still kept on the payroll in spite of doing crappy jobs. Not just some of the executive leadership in some of the subsidiaries, but Project Managers that have no clue what they are doing compared to actual PMs that are certifed managing million dollar projects including African Americans being the majority in recruiting.
Any intelligent people coming in are considered a threat if you aren’t part of their cliques, and pathetic bonuses of ice cream and a few hundred dolllars as a bonus when other companies I have made $10k or more in a bonus, constant egos and attitudes are a problem. You couldn’t pay me enough to ever work for this company again especially with DEI and drag BS! Such a nice image Kirby, you sicko!
