Diversity is one of the main things that drove me out of management and into retirement. These corporations today are so full of it now that it’s ridiculous. They’ve strayed so far from MLK’s “I have a dream” they don’t even recognize it or refuse to recognize it. And… the list of “identities” just keeps growing and growing that we’re now living “idiocracy”.
