I think the fact that the judge had recently recused himself in a previous case is going to come back to bite him in the ass. If he felt he had animosity or bias a couple months ago there’s no reason to believe he doesn’t still have animosity and bias.
I think the FBI was more interested in documents that had Attorney privilege. Information on Obambagate and information that would incriminate the FBI.
