The Mayor and Chief of Police are two reasons why this city is in its current condition. The Democrat Leftist philosophy/policies espoused by these local elected individuals (city council included) allow this type of criminal behavior to flourish. Felons have no fear of consequences. Unfortunately this 13 year old criminal experienced fatal consequences. Citizens of the District of Columbia get what they voted for.
