I’m not a big proponent of lawsuits BUT if I was the fan that was wrongly accused and banned I would sue THE HELL out of the Duke team, the player, BYU and her fake godmother looking for her fame.
Anyone who has spent time on BYU campus or experienced Provo/Orem college culture would have an extremely hard time believing she was called racial slurs.
