If the law makers are the ones benefitting from that, how can we expect them to pass laws that prevent it?
When I taught college students, they watched Eisenhower’s Farewell Address, with the sppeech also printed for them, to write a paper on examples of the military industrial complex. I hope those students are looking at world events today, remembering that dire warning coined by Eisenhower. Even better, they remember and watching your show! Thank you RB and others for continuing to spread this disgusting reality of war (or creating it).
