It really isn’t that complicated – women love Bond because they want to imagine themselves as a Bond girl, wearing fancy clothes getting seduced by Bond on a mission in an exotic location. Women don’t want to BE James Bond. The fact that the producers of the Bond movies don’t understand this is astounding.
