To the average joe or Jill, any amount of illegally appropiated money in excess of 2000 dollars is considered grand larceny . Returning the money alone does not exonerate anyone. She should not be off the hook on this one. Why ? Because she will be paying with tax dollars coming from her constituents,whether they voted for her or not.
