US President Joe Biden has been mocked online after appearing to become “lost on stage” following a speech he delivered to reignite his Cancer Moonshot initiative. Mr Biden spoke at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston on Monday, local time. The speech comes on the 60th anniversary of former US president John F. Kennedy’s famous ‘moonshot’ speech – where he outlined the aim of putting a man on the moon. President Biden discussed his bold vision for another American moonshot – “ending cancer as we know it”. The measure aims to cut the cancer death rate in half over the next 25 years and provide greater support to caregivers and survivors.
