This is NO laughing matter. I have seen firsthand (to many times) the signs of Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Sadly, the president has way too many signs to say differently. Why hasn’t he been given a mental acridity test? His wife and handlers should be charged with SENIOR ABUSE.
