This has been a “bad week” for US President Joe Biden, according to Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen. Ms Nielsen said US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi “ignored” President Biden amid her recent trip to Taiwan. Ms Pelosi and five other Democratic members of Congress landed in Taipei on Tuesday evening local time, despite repeated warnings from China to avoid the island.
