This genius is just one more “pay back” that sleepy Joe owes to those who put him in office. He promised the AA constituents anything they asked for just to get elected… Have they figured out that they’ve been played yet? He had them write a Christmas list of “I want’s” and he said ” sure, OK anything to placate you until I’m in,” then just toss them a crumb here and there to shut them up and make it look like they have actually achieved something.
